Shipping & Delivery

Made Beautiful employs Couriers Please for all orders. We recommend you have your parcel sent to your work or other suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that someone will be present to sign for your parcel between the delivery hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Please allow 1 - 5 working days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 10 working days for delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched; however Made Beautiful is more than happy to provide assistance.

Once your order is sent, you will receive an order sent email, which will outline delivery and online tracking service information. Please allow up to 2 to 10 working days to reach you depending on your location. Orders placed on a weekend, will be processed next business day.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and the goods are not returned to us within 21 days of shipping, we will not refund your payment or replace the goods for you.

Any delivery date specified by us is an estimate only. Made Beautiful will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability and we are unable to redirect orders that have already been dispatched.&nbsp

If your bag does not arrive within this time frame please email us and we will chase it up for you.

If your order is sent via Couriers Please and no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be held with the driver for 48 hours and if re-delivery is not requested within this time frame your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot to be returned to sender.
