Refunds & Exchanges
Made Beautiful want you to love your purchase and will happily refund or exchange the item you have bought if it is faulty. We do check all of our bags before sending them out to you! But if you are not satisfied with anything you have bought from our website we will gladly issue you an exchange, refund or credit. Please note there are no returns or exchange on sale items. Certain conditions need to be met - which we've outlined below.
When you can return
We will issue you an exchange, refund or credit, provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
- The item is unused and in its original condition. Packaging and swing tags must be still attached on return.
- You return the item, together with the original sale receipt, bank or credit card statement and a completed returns/exchange form.
Please note that refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Made Beautiful, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong item.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Australian customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag if wishing to have products sent back for an exchange. Made Beautiful strongly suggests using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. Made Beautiful is not responsible for customer returns or for any parcel sent by customer that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number.
Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date – unused and with original packaging. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
To return items simply send us an email indicating the reason for the return to email@example.com and we will email you with return instructions.
